Windows Vista Beta 2 is now Public

Microsoft has made Windows Vista Beta 2 available to the masses for downloading in three different languages (English, German and Japanese). The released build number is 5384.4, which is the same as the technical beta.

You can download Vista x86 English here:

Select your Country
Sign in to Microsoft Live
Receive up to two keys, each are good for one year and can be used on up to 10 different PC’s.

No word yet as to if this is an expiring beta.

I don´t like it really -my system is too slow for Vista (beta) - the requirements are really very high. But the design is nice! What a pity!
