After a few days here at VA I'm going to end up working on the ColdStorage Project. I can't really go into too much detail as to what it is and what we're trying to accomplish but we'll be launching sometime this year.
Month of June, 1999
First Day
Today was my first day at VA Research. It was exciting and the company appears to be focused and there's alot of energy in the office. I'm employee #31 and Carsten "Rasterman" Haitzler also started today.
Leaving Fresher
I've had a job offer out from VA Research now ever since Linux Expo and I've decided to take it. I'll be starting on Monday June 14th and I'm pretty excited about the whole deal.
It's a great opportunity to work on the linux operating system full time and there are some really smart people there.
